I moved away from St. Louis just about two days after we graduated, so needless to say,I hang out with no one from our class. My husband Mike and I have lived in Nashville for thirty two years now, and we absolutely love it, it is a really hip city, way more so then we moved here in 1976. It's a very cool place to live!

Have to say, many of my high school memories are of Gary Gerchen, his Austin Healy, and the whole Gerchen family......had great times with them!

For quite a while I was in Real Estate, but when I decided I needed a life!, I left real estate, and I am employed part time at Vanderbilt Medical Center. When I'm not at Vanderbilt, I am spending time with my two year old grandaughter Jayden, and my two month old grandson Blake...and it is the best!! Life is good...

Had a great evening recently eating, chatting, and laughing with Nancy (Weisman) Wilking and Betsy (Sachar) Nelson in Baltimore. Also spent a fabulous day with Jody Gillerman and her partner, Rob, at the Getty Museum in LA last January. Do you know if there are any other Ladue '68 grads living in Maine?

Dressing inapproprately for a swimming party with Bob Wilson--he wore a tux and I wore my prom dress. Blasting around country roads with Byran Alu in his Triumph "Bug Eye" Sprite. Drawing and posting on the biology class bulletin board a caricature of Mr. Kuchner with horns, a tail and hairy toes.

Although I graduated from a different school, I've always considered Ladue as my alma mater and appreciate being included in the reunions.

I've been married to Mike for 36 years and have lived in San Diego for 35.  We have a daughter (Kerry 34) and three sons (Geoff 32 and twins Andy & Matt 27).  

My life today in a nutshell:  We live in an ocean front house on Sunset Cliffs where the view is spectacular.  I am a passionate rower, practicing at daybreak four times a week.  My husband and I like to take long bike rides, often south of the border. I just completed a certificate program in Spanish proficiency at UCSD.

We are currently involved in building mixed use ("smart growth") projects in San Diego.

Life is good.

I've lived in the Boulder area since graduating from CU in 1972.  I've worked at IBM for 31 years, and counting!  I met my husband there 13 yrs. ago and we were (finally!) married last May at our home with close family and friends in attendance.  My son officiated the ceremony (yes, it's legal here in Colo.) and our dog served as flower girl. 
I have 2 wonderful children.  Brian, 28, recently returned from Prague, where he lived for 3 1/2 yrs.  He is now working toward his master's degree at CSU in Fort Collins, CO.  Kim, 26, was married a year ago to a Brit.  They're very much in love and living in Brighton, England.  Kim is working on her master's degree at Sussex U. and Simon is a techie. 
Having lived in Boulder since 1972, I have completely entrenched myself into its active and causal lifestyle.  I love Boulder!  My favorite activity is hiking in the mountains, where I've summited 18 of Colorado's 14'ners.  I also love tennis, skiing, snowshoeing, jogging and  aerobics.
With the kids grown and out of the house, retirement fast approaching, and a good man by my side, I'm looking forward to the next phase of my life.  Life is good and it's good to see my fellow classmates doing so well too!
